With this observation setting, Linda can see a report on the number of ad impressions that appeared for users who were also considering purchasing youthful hip-hop clothing. Please note that observations are reported when they overlap with the existing targeting (in this case “Men passionate about hip hop fashion and rap music”).

So if an ad shown to a user also interested in hip-hop clothing performs differently than other ads, Linda has some flexibility in adjusting her bid. She can also create new ad groups targeting users who are interested in the above criteria if she wants to use a landing page, website, or special offer for them.
