3. Payment Regulations & Balance Management

To ensure advertising runs continuously without interruption due to insufficient budget, clients must comply with the following payment rules:

  1. Deposit Methods: We accept Vietnamese bank transfers, international payments via USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), and Credit Card/PayPal transfers.
  2. Minimum Balance Limit: Ad accounts must maintain a minimum balance equivalent to 1 day of average spending to prevent the platform from automatically pausing ad delivery.
  3. Deposit Processing Time: From 5 to 15 minutes after GDT Agency confirms receipt of your payment in the system.
