1. Advertising Account Rental Terms of Service

Welcome to GDT Agency. By registering for an advertising account rented through us, the client implicitly agrees to all the usage rules below:

Advertising Conduct: Clients must not use GDT Agency accounts to advertise products or services that violate platform policies (Facebook, Google, TikTok) such as: illegal substances, weapons, unlicensed gambling, multi-level marketing financial schemes, and fraud.
Account Control Rights: GDT Agency reserves the right to review ad content and temporarily suspend accounts if any campaign is found to violate community standards or pose a risk of damage to GDT Agency’s agency account infrastructure (Business Manager/MCC).
Asset Access & Security Responsibility: GDT Agency provides secure login credentials or access rights. The client is responsible for safeguarding the granted access and must not authorize unknown third parties.
