4. Refund Policy Upon Service Termination
When a client wishes to terminate services with GDT Agency, the financial settlements are processed transparently as follows:
- 100% Unspent Balance Refund: Any remaining, unspent budget in the ad accounts will be reconciled and fully refunded to the client within 24 hours of receiving the termination request.
- Handling Suspended Accounts (Die Account): If an ad account is suspended due to random platform algorithmic sweeps, GDT Agency will transfer the entire remaining balance to a new account free of charge, or issue a refund if the client prefers to withdraw funds.
- Severe Policy Violation Clause: If an account is suspended for running prohibited campaigns or violating legal regulations, GDT Agency reserves the right to temporarily hold the balance to pay any platform fines incurred before settling the remaining funds, if any.
