Payment Overview

GDT Agency provides advertising account rental services and related advertising services across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Customers are responsible for paying the applicable fees associated with the services they use. Customers are also responsible for reviewing their payment information, account balance, and applicable charges, and for ensuring that the payment method they use is legally authorized for their use.

Payment Process

The payment process generally follows these steps:

  1. Request Submission: The customer submits a request to GDT Agency, such as funding an advertising account or requesting a new advertising account.
  2. Invoice Issuance: GDT Agency reviews the request, prepares the applicable invoice, and provides it to the customer for review.
  3. Payment: The customer reviews the invoice and completes the payment using the payment method and payment details provided by GDT Agency. The customer is responsible for paying the amount stated on the invoice and any applicable payment or transaction fees.
  4. Request Processing: Once GDT Agency or its payment provider confirms receipt of the payment, GDT Agency will proceed with processing the customer’s request.

Keep in mind that a payment is considered received only after GDT Agency or its payment provider confirms the successful receipt of funds. A payment receipt or proof of transfer does not by itself constitute payment confirmation.

GDT Agency may support several payment methods depending on the customer’s location, service, and account arrangement.

Additional payment or transfer fees may apply depending on the payment method used.

  • Philippines Bank Transfer: The applicable exchange rate for payments made in Philippine Peso is PHP 64 per USD. 
  • USDT: Applicable service fee + 1.5% transfer fee for Facebook advertising accounts.
  • PingPong: Applicable service fee + 1.5% transfer fee for Facebook advertising accounts.

Customers are responsible for any applicable transfer or payment fees associated with their chosen payment method. The applicable fees will be confirmed before payment.

Deposit Requirement

GDT Agency requires a minimum deposit for advertising account rental services. Deposit requirements may vary depending on whether the customer is applying for an account for the first time or requesting an additional account. The minimum deposit requirements are:

  • First-time account application: A minimum deposit of $200/account is required when applying for an account for the first time.
  • Subsequent account applications: A minimum deposit of $500/account once the customer has previously been granted an advertising account.

Customers should confirm the applicable deposit requirement with GDT Agency before submitting an account registration request. 

Changes to Payment Terms

GDT Agency may update its pricing, payment methods, or fees when necessary.

Changes will not normally affect payments that have already been successfully completed unless applicable law or the relevant service terms require otherwise.
