GDT Agency provides a clear refund policy for customers to ensure that customers know exactly what to expect and feel confident when they’re working with us. If you plan to close your account or stop using our services, please let us know. We will refund your remaining advertising budget according to this policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

• Customers can request a refund for the remaining unused advertising budget that is available in their account when they decide to stop using our services or request a refund.
• The refund will not include any fees for services, account setup.

How to Request a Refund:

To start requesting a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide us with your account information in detail.
3. Once we complete verification, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Note: The refunds will be sent back to the original payment method of the customer. Depending on the customer’s bank and payment provider, it may take extra time for the funds to appear in your account.
